Onsite architect for the global Restaurant Retail Information System, collaborating with McDonald's headquarters in Chicago to manage real-time updates for restaurant operations. Designed and developed Session Replay, a web and mobile solution for reproducing user interactions, resulting in significant cost savings compared to third-party solutions. Led the development and market release of the McDonald's SDK, a key component powering McDonald's apps across multiple markets including the US, Canada, Australia, Germany, and the UK. The SDK now powers McDonald's apps on over 140 million devices, demonstrating its immense scale and impact.
